Wow, what a view! This place is amazing. Awesome location on a cliff edge overlooking rice paddies. Beautiful garden and bungalows. Super friendly staff and plenty to do around. Yes, it is a little out of tetanbatu, but easily solved by a 10 min scooter drive. You won't regret it.

The people were so friendly and helpful here, they gave us fruits, snacks and we could join diner with their family! We did karaoke together at night and had so much fun with them :)) They brought us to the waterfall, guided us through the rice fields and did a bamboo craft activity, it was amazing!

If you're looking for a truly authentic experience, this is the perfect place. From the moment we arrived, Zar and Ros welcomed us like members of their own family. Zar is funny and speaks good English, and his wife is an incredible cook — every meal and snacks was a treat (let’s say we ate way too much during our stay but holiday holiday 😂). Life with them is simple and genuine. Everything is included — three delicious meals a day, water, tea, coffee, and snacks — so you can just relax and follow the family's rhythm. One day, they invited us to join them and their extended family to the beach, which turned into an unforgettable memory. We also visited a local pool, I went to the barber with Zar and even got to see chicken fights. To fully embrace the experience, we recommend staying at least two or three days. It gives you the time to truly connect with the local lifestyle and the people. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. They even did our laundry for us, which was such a kind gesture. We had a wonderful time with this family and really hope others will have the chance to share in this special experience. Our stay at the Alam was one of the best hotel and travel experiences ever. We are a family of six and the family bungalow was perfect with big, nice beds, great views of the rice fields and the volcano and just had everything you need. We also did the walking tour with an amazing guide named Odin, one of the guides who are working at the hotel. The tour included both waterfalls, rice terraces, volcano views and monkey forest. And all of this in a walking distance from the hotel. The people working at the hotel are just the most genuine and nicest people and they make sure that you have absolutely everything you need. The restaurant is also really good with super tasty local dishes and really nice breakfast.

This was probably one of my favorite places to stay in Indonesia. The little hut is perfectly located in nature with views of the forest and ricefield. The bungalows is equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. The terrace was probably my favorite spot to have breakfast and read at night. It was SPECIAL place!

Lombok Hidden Village is a truly lovely place run by wonderful people. Great clean rooms, amazing pool and restaurant area. We had an amazing few days with lovely tours of the Monkey forest, rice fields, waterfalls and local villages. If you’re into cooking go for their cooking class, a great way to learn Indonesian food.
