The beach is awesome, a patch of paradise. Kudos to Cassia as they also run a turtle rescue program and have a nursery on the premises. Excellent initiative!. The beach has still a reef nearby, with many fishes minding their own business down there. Beautiful!

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Bandar Bintan port . Naturally we expected impeccable service standards from the resort and not only did they delivered, they far exceeded our expectations in all areas. Would like to particularly compliment a staff of the restaurant we only know him by his nametag "Trainee" being very conscientious and always checking to ensure everything's fine for us, he made every dining in an extraordinary one.
