We had a lovely time at Maskot. We stayed a total of 4 nights. The rooms are quite fresh and really well kept. Be aware the are not fully “sealed” so if you are afraid of the chance of getting small bugs in this is not your place. However, we just got the usual mosquito here and there but the is also a mosquito net around the bed. The bathroom is semi-outside. It’s great for ventilation and it’s also really fresh believe or not! There is a transparent roof so it is okay if it rains as well. The location is quite good too if you want to rent a scooter and explore the island because it is sort of in the middle. We could also rent a scoopy for 100k a day. There is a restaurant next door if you don’t feel like going for a drive to get food, but we didn’t try it so we can’t say if it’s good or bad. There is also a little shop just in front of Maskot where you can buy water, sunscreen, some snacks… The hosts were super nice and paid attention you our needs. They have a really convenient laundry service as well, done in the same day because they use the sun to dry the clothes. They cooked a simple breakfast for us every morning and also gave us some advice on where to go. Finally, they helped us book the ferry ticket and taxi to leave the island. Really nice stay in Maskot:)

An unforgettable experience! The staff were incredibly kind, genuine, and attentive, and the owner went out of his way to help us whenever we needed. You can rent a scooter on-site to explore the island. I would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back.

Very good breakfast Helpful staff Nice views Quiet place The best thing about this place is the atmosphere of total calmness. I would also like to thank the manager of this place, Made, the person you can always count on. My wife had an injury and had to see the doctor. The manager immediately took us to the village where my wife was taken care of. We really appreciate it.

The hotel was beautiful. I loved our room for sunrise. The pool was small but perfect for a dip to cool off. The food there was lovely. Ideal for a few relaxing days on the island.

The on-site restaurant at Suwehan Beach Cliff House deserves a special mention for its exceptional culinary offerings. Each meal was a feast for the senses, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. The menu featured a delightful mix of traditional Indonesian dishes and contemporary cuisine, satisfying even the most discerning palate. Great place surrounded by mountains. Fresh air and breathtaking views. The villa was comfortable with great amenities and it was very easy to stay in. The kitchen had everything you need just like you would in your own home. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The pool area with a spacious terrace was very nice.
