An absolute highlight of our four week trip in Indonesia. We had dinner at the guest house both evenings and felt like part of the family. One of our most pleasant stays in Flores. Everyone from the family is very warm and welcoming. It is a humble house and a very loved one. What made the stay stand out was given the shared nature of the space, small spontaneous interactions would always be occurring. This could lead to interesting and fun conversations or even trying some local Indonesian snacks. Tea, coffee and drinking water freely available. Their kitchen is also your kitchen along with letting us use their fridge too. Scooter rental is available at a good price. The scooter and helmets are well maintained. They can also help you book transport to your next destination as they helped us book the 7am bus to Bajawa. On top of that, they even woke up extra early to prepare us breakfast which was totally unexpected. The mum even noticed our empty food container so she decided to cook us some delicious nasi goreng for the bus ride. It’s a small thing, but made a world of difference for the long journey. Would highly recommend staying here, even if you’re just passing through! You won’t regret it.

Amazing hosts and perfect experience! Hosts are extraordinary nice and friendly! They helped us a lot with laundry, dinners and recommendations what to visit in the area. They also speak english very well. The place is completly new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very delicious. In the walking distance there is a traditional rice field and village. Overall great price for value!

Very friendly couple who run the home stay, minimal English but we managed well through google translate. They were also very helpful in sorting out transport for us from Ruteng to Bajawa. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
