Not too many spots in the centre of Tuam. This was ideally located within a few mins walk of major pubs etc. Spotlessly clean, a drop of milk in the fridge so you could make a cuppa, the small things matter. Easy to check in with a lock box, so no need to be working around the providers schedule, you can check in when it suits you. Heat was perfect, very warm and we could adjust it not to mention warm and welcoming inside overall. Small details mean alot, hot water bottle on the bed in case you're a cold person and need that bit extra.Bathroom was fully kitted out with shampoos etc in case you forgot anything. Kitchen had all you would need, two ring cooker plus most utensils you'd need to cook if you were in the mood. Would defo recommend and would defo use again if staying in Tuam.

Great little bnb close enough to Galway (about 25 min drive). Wonderful to wake up to a fully cooked meal and coffee!

Claregalway Hotel is situated just outside of Galway in Claregalway village. It has a restaurant, a leisure centre with a gym and pool, and spacious air-conditioned rooms.

Everything was amazing, starting with the staff. Bernhard and Petra were lovely and stayed up late to wait for us on the first day as we were delayed. Additionally they were amazing with our pet, Pilou. They prepared the room (extremely roomy) with extra bowls for water/food and a pet bed that Pilou loved! Breakfast was very tasty and diverse. The location was easy to reach by car and is amazingly quiet and pretty. You have views on the lake and a big fenced field in the back for pets that Pilou loved playing in with their pets (Special nod to Barnaby and Leroyd :D) Another thanks go to Petra and Bernhard for taking the time to discuss with us and answer our (very many) questions about Ireland and the process of moving there. If you’re searching for a place where you and your pet can unwind, connect, and make unforgettable memories, look no further than Leroy's Lodge. A great escape to the country just 15 minutes from Galway. Very tastefully decorated new lodge in farmhouse setting. Private and quiet location with friendly, helpful host. Tea & coffee facilities, but needed to bring your own milk. There was a local shop close by to get food supplies for breakfast and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything else we needed.
