Extremely friendly and professional staff. So clean. Massive room for myself and my son (9). It was so clean, sparkling. We had the pool to ourselves both in the evening and the next morning. Our room was lovely and quiet. Well away from noise. The hotel was at the base of the town close to everything. Breakfast was delicious!! We will be back!!

Our first time to visit this lovely location. The views across the Bay and inland were out of this world. The New Year activity was just drawing too close. Quality quality quality and most important the hospitality of the people.

The views, beach and walks are stunning.

The views, beach and walks are stunning. Great park run on a Saturday morning. Lots of high quality live music in the local bars. Many restaurants serving delicious food. The Holyrood has a great menu and we also loved Spice Waves Indian. Lots of friendly staff.

Bundoran ,being a seaside and holiday destination thrives...

Bundoran ,being a seaside and holiday destination thrives during the summer. You could meet anyone from anywhere here. But most importantly all are made to feel so welcome by the general community not just the hoteliers and gift shop owners. I accidentally left my rear passenger door actually open all night outside the Bank House and not a thing was touched!!! This coming from someone who has been a victim of a locked car theft in my own driveway in Loughlinstown Co Dublin….

While there are still great attractions for children and...

While there are still great attractions for children and families in Bundoran, the town itself and the buildings have become very dilapidated. One example of this is Bay View House B and B where we stayed for many years once a building that was always so beautifully kept, but its exterior wasn't painted, there were clothes hanging out windows to dry and the once beautiful gardens unkept, upsetting to see for such a once beautiful building in such a prime location. The streets were full of litter and there are now so many fast food outlets with only a couple of nice places to sit snd eat left in the town. We eat in Maddens on the Bridge and got a fantastic meal there.

Bundoran is my happy place .. no matter the weather !

Bundoran is my happy place .. no matter the weather ! Often 4 Seasons in one day .. and that’s the way I like it ! Plenty of stuff for the grandkids to do .. Waterworld .. Amusements ..and even the Eclipse movie house .. all a short walk from each other .. and the stunning cliff walks !

The town could do with a good upgrade.

The town could do with a good upgrade. The streets were very busy.Pubs overflowing and very noisy.We sat for a while near the green and a drone kept flying overhead and down overhead the town.A lady was drinking alone in the green park area and just got up and left all the empties after her.There was a lot of litter in the town could do with extra bins.Some flowers too to soften things and improve astetics.Maybe less trinket shops and take aways and more nice cafès with seating outside.A lot of the shops could do with painting and nice new signage.The beach out the road was the highlight of our trip, we were there at sunset absolutely beautiful.The path down to it needs attention ASAP

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and fan were provided. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay. The food and service were excellent. Bundoran is a busy little town, with plenty of lovely walks and lots of pubs, restaurants, amusements, etc. It is also well located if you want to visit sligo, donegal Town, or as far as kilybegs and port noo. There was lots of surfing going on, especially on Sunday morning at tullan Strand, which you can walk to from Maddens.

The cottage was perfect for our needs, local to all amenities , and is a good central point for local towns ie. Donegal Town ,Sligo , and enniskillen . also handy for Golf. Enjoyed 5 happy days holiday. Paul the owner made us very welcome.
