Setting in beautiful grounds. The house was modern, spacious with lovely views of the countryside. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast delicious. We booked the 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. Lovely having our private sitting room and large bathroom as well as en-suite. Bathroom has a lovely shower. The property was close to Martinstown House where we were attending a wedding.

Good location. Lovely grounds lit up for Christmas, comfortable hotel furnishings of a timeless character and tastey breakfast. Staff were friendly and considerate as we had to cut our stay short due to a bereavement and was not a problem for the staff who facilitated a refund. They were also considerate and kind under the circumstances.

The location was stunning, and our hostess, Olive, could not have done more to improve our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and Olive answered all our tourist type questions, and gave us valuable insights on places and restaurants to visit. 5 Stars for A Peaceful Gem with the Kindest Hosts What a lovely stay! The location is perfect, tucked away in the peaceful Kildare countryside, yet just minutes from the outlet village and town centre. The space itself was bright, spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious, and wonderfully quiet. Emer, our host, couldn’t have been more helpful, genuinely kind and thoughtful from the moment we arrived. She kindly arranged for some provisions before our arrival (which we reimbursed on check-in), and even offered secure lockup for our E-bikes. Little touches like complimentary fresh eggs from their own chickens made it feel extra special. We loved waking up to views of cows and chickens in the adjacent fields, and being so close to the National Stud and Japanese Gardens was a bonus. We spent our first day shopping at the outlet and did our returns the next (so handy being so close)! A peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for spot—we’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much to Emer and family!

The home made brown bread was stunning and I even got the recipe to take away with me! Very comfortable bedrooms, one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Super modern and beautiful bathrooms. Catherina was an amazing host and even dropped us down to the wedding venue we were attending.
