Lovely family atmosphere and staff were very attentive to all needs. Loved the fact that the 3 children had proper single beds rather than sofa beds or sharing beds as in other hotels and all beds were very comfy.

First of all Sharon ...the nicest welcome and helpful with all things about our tour .we dont have the wirds to thank her. The hotel is located in the middle of the city center close to all point of interest by walking. Very comfortable bed..big and clean.

Rooms are very spacious, including very good en suite bathroom. Hotel very warm in winter, and breakfast very satisfying. Had a great evening meal as well, everything was excellent. Our top floor room was unbelievable, really spacious, great views, quiet, comfy beds! The cocktail menu at the bar was very impressive and the breakfast in the morning, really enjoyable.
