We usually stay at hotels so we're a bit apprehensive but had a much nicer experience staying here. Michael was a great host very warm, welcoming, kind and put me and my 2 kids (5, 7 year old) at ease felt like we were staying with a good friend or family. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we had all the facilities we could want. We will all definitely stay again when we return to complete our climb up Croagh Patrick. I had a night away with my baby to explore the local area for a couple of days. The staff were absolutely amazing, they made us feel so welcome and went out their way to assist us as much as they could. The bed was super comfy and I really enjoyed a Nescafé pod coffee in the morning rather than the packet powdered stuff you usually get at hotels! There was plenty of space, a fabulous bath and shower and lots of hot water.
