Welcoming team at reception, accommodating requests promptly and in a personal way. The building has retained character and some interesting design details have been added, located in a quite street just meters from a bustling part of Tel Aviv. Fancy breakfast (don't skip!) and wonderful staff to serve you. One of the best hotel experiences I have had among my over 1000 nights hotel stays.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days, and choosing it was one of the best decisions of my trip. I have never experienced such genuine kindness at any other hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and care, and throughout my stay I truly felt looked after. Words fall short when trying to describe the people who work here. The reception team, especially Sofia, Natalia, and Majdi, you are absolute gold. The housekeeping staff as well: you all made me feel completely at home. Meeting you was honestly the highlight of my trip to Tel Aviv, and I am deeply grateful for everything you did. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located, just a short walk from the sea and Dizengoff Street, with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped, including an espresso machine. There is also a spa and a fitness room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel, and its people, highly enough. I’ve found my place to stay whenever I’m in Tel Aviv.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an excellent hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location was superb, being conveniently situated in a nice place. Not only that, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs throughout my stay. I must give a special mention to Vitor, who provided exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a delightful experience truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, prime location, and the exceptional hospitality provided by Vitor.
