our accommodation was large and luxurious. air conditioning, coffee and tea making. huge bathroom with complimentary soaps and toothbrush and paste. all the staff were helpful and polite. Heritage resort organised a taxi to pick us up from train station, we then used the taxi to visit the heritage sites around Badami, Riyo our driver waited for us while we did the tourist thing!! my husband wasn’t very well, the resort organised a visit from a local doctor then got the medication for us. They really looked after us. and the food was a very high standard.

This is an almost new retreat. It was quiet and perfectly located. The staff were lovely and the food is some of the best we have had so far! Loved it.

The Homestay is located about 5km outside of Badami in a lovely quiet area surrounded by farmland and so if you crave some peace and quiet away from the noise of the city’s then this is the place for you. If you walk 1km down the road you can grab a shared auto (tuktuk) into town for about 20 rupees. We had breakfast and dinner which was very tasty, very plentiful, and varied over the 3 nights we stayed. The best thing about the Homestay is the hosts though. The family were very friendly, engaging and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, we did not want to leave.

This place was amazing, the room was spacious and clean. We booked a room for 4 and it had 2 attached bathrooms/toilets. The host was very helpful. The breakfast was homecooked and delicious. The place was on a side street, yet handy and walking distance from Badami Caves!

Good management. We were not satisfied with our initial room located below the noisy recreation room. The management immediately upgraded and moved us to a superb, spacious room/cottage with a huge bathroom. All rooms have a pleasant terrace. Delightful, large, long, swimming pool. Freshly decorated rooms in a natural setting. Friendly and efficient staff. Special thanks to the pool manager who went out of his way to make us very comfortable. Note. About 250r to go from the bus station to this hotel.

This was an amazing experience, spacious room, nice design. The exterior is stunning and so well done, the interior is also very nice, two showers, one outside to take a shower under the sun or stars. So romantic! Also there are bunnies on the hotel grounds and they are so cute and fluffy, seems like they are carefully cared for. The food was amazing - one of the best tandoori we had ever and we have it every time we dine in India - that’s more than 100 tandoori’s tasted 😅
