The staff was very polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The location is convenient, and the environment felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Siliguri and would happily stay here again.

It's overwhelming to be at hotel yet feel completely at home. The manager Mr. Gagan and all staff personnel were so congenial, amicable and courteous to the extent that it's very difficult for me to express it in diction. I can only say that if I ever visit Siliguri again, you are one of the reasons for me to be here. The rooms are super clean. Ajit the junior manager was really efficient in providing room service. They all helped me to get car parked nicely in the middle busy part of the town.
