The lovely appartments are spotless clean, the view on the sea is amazing and the silence at night is absolute (no cars, no dogs, no music) and this is so rare! The staff is entirely dedicated to the customers, they'll drive you, bring you anything you need, without ever intruding on your privacy. The food is top-notch, fresh and cooked to order. Actually the place is famous for its restaurant (2nd generation chef). The area is extremely expensive as it is a bit of paradise, and all accommodation around here are three times the price they are charging here. Our stay at Obrigado Goa was fabulous. My wife and I stayed there for a week, for our honeymoon, and we don't regret our choice at all. It was very serene, the owners have made the choice to build few cottages to preserve the intimacy of the place, and it makes a big difference in terms of tranquility. The view from any of the cottages is purely and simply breathtaking!! 180° uninterrupted view on the Arabian Sea, which reveals all its potential every day at sunset, when the sky turns red. Our cottage "Muku" (n°6) was quite spacious, its adjacent bathroom as well. The bed is very comfortable, and to say that it is roomy is an understatement. To top it all, we enjoyed our private jacuzzi on a lower deck (below the bedroom) a few times, with the same uninterrupted view as upstairs. Admiring sunset from the bubbly hot jacuzzi while sipping on cocktails is one of our fondest memories of this hotel. The owners are delightful people, always eager to help and make the stay even more memorable. The staff as well is amazingly helpful and very attentive to the guests' needs. Did I mention that the entire resort is eco-friendly? Local materials, sun panels on the roof, fuel-efficient water-heating system, waste management. My wife and I were very happy to give our patronage and support such initiative!

I loved my stay here and would very happily come back. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the restaurant fantastic - I loved the food. My room was comfortable and even as a garden view room, had a view of the ocean. The location is great - right on the beach and great for swimming or kayaking the backwater. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, in the center of the village and close to surf schools. We felt very welcomed by Sam, he has been super attentive and treated us very well. The staff was very helpful with checking in and out, and the restaurant has delicious local food with beautiful sea view.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here, been in India touring for two weeks and this so far is our favourite property , best beach view and the restaurant Dreamland attached to these beach huts was FANTASTIC. The food was exceptional and service by the lovely boy Chedin was so friendly and kind, spoke brilliant English. We only ate here because it was so good particularly the Goan curries.
