The attention to detail at Pamba Heritage was excellent. We stayed 4 nights in the main house and the views over the river from both our balconies was spellbinding. The traditional Indian cuisine was excellent, home made and served by two brilliant young men. This was a true family based homestay and we were truly welcomed into family life. The bird life was amazing. Cayaking and shikara boat trip were experiences, showing us true life in the backwaters. This was an experience not to be missed. Everything about the hotel was excellent. We really did have a comfortable stay at the hotel. Staffs were very courteous, rooms provided was very cleanly, location where the hotel was situated was quiet and serene. Food at the restaurant below was good too.

We were lucky enough to spend a couple of days at this beautiful place and have felt absolutely comfortable and at home from the first minute. This was - above all - thanks to David's incredible hospitality and kindness. Yet the whole place and nature surroundings are stunning, the service from Rinu was perfect and the rooms are cozy. You can feel that a lot of thought and heart has gone into creating a peaceful and relaxing experience for guests. We can recommend this place 100 percent if you want to unwind from the hustle and bustle of traveling.

The experience far exceed our expectations. The boat house we stayed at was a beautiful blend of tradition and comfort, the rooms had a massive window so you can see the water and views while resting, and the deck with the lovely seating on the second floor became our favorite spot to hang out and take in the beautiful scenery. The staff were also exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had the best time. Mahesh, the chef made the best food we’ve had on the whole trip. Venu, the crew was so kind and of course the captain, Pradeep! We did a two night stay and I can’t recommend that enough. As part of the stay, they also offered canoe rides through the village, a stop at one of the oldest churches, seeing a woodcarving workshop and doing a little shopping and daily stops at areas where you can walk around.
