Everything has been perfect since the arrival. Sonam the réceptionnist has been very gentle and also her collegue . All the staff from housekeeping to restaurant excellent. Swimming pool was delicious. The room was big, clean and safe

Amazing property with big and comfy rooms. On site parking was provided. Staff were very cooperative and helpful throughout. Location is also reachable. Overall a wonderful stay at property. Highly recommend 👌

The breakfast and dinner were great, with good variety of food and very tasty. There was Women's Day when we were there and the restaurant staff organized a cake for us and gave us flowers. The staff were fantastic - especially the staff in the restaurant, Ravi Kumar and head chef Manish, and all general support staff/housekeeping. Setting and design of the hotel is beautiful- the garden, pool, main dining area. It is a little piece of paradise in Lucknow
