What a very special place this is, we were enchanted. Had a fabulous spa treatment, watching the monkeys with their babies while having a head massage. Truly the most relaxing place I’ve stayed in. I had room 6, a standard room which was perfect, a dressing room to hide my suitcase and stuff! We had sundowners in the tree house. And the waterfall was in full flow. Lovely food, lovely staff. Yes, it’s expensive, but so worth it.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing place, away from everything, this is definitely the place to be. We experienced a truly serene time at this place. The staff makes you feel like royalty, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. The detox food options, including vegetarian/vegan choices, were tasty, but maybe it is not for everyone, because it is served as a buffet with limited preferences. The Ayurveda massages further enhance the relaxation, and you get to meet authentic people who genuinely care for your well-being. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating escape.

Great location and service from this hotel. Staffs are nice and food offering also incredible. And the other thing that i have to mention is the pool facility. We can enjoy with the family, cuz they are concerned about the privacy of guests. Highly satisfied with my visit here.

In my experience, this hotel is just overrated.

In my experience, this hotel is just overrated. If you are not booking the exact "River View Balcony" room, it’s not worth the value for money. The check-in procedures were slow, taking around 25 minutes. Additionally, the photos on their Booking.com listing are not representative of the actual rooms, which was disappointing. The stay overall was just okay. I would rate it as a 3-star facility and quality hotel. While the rooms look new due to recent construction, they were not very clean and had a strong smell of room cleaner chemicals, which was unpleasant. Another issue is with their menus and pricing. They do not display GST or net amounts, especially on the restaurant menu. This feels like a hidden trick, almost a scam, and left a bad impression. The only positive aspect was the staff—they were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience slightly better. Overall, an average experience that doesn’t justify the hype or the price unless you specifically opt for their premium rooms.
