We are recently stayed at Falcon Resort with family for a weekend getaway, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The facilities are top-notch and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the private where we could relax and enjoy the view. Excellent stay! We were the only guests due to the bad climate. The entire house was ours providing privacy and a cozy, big room. The river view was amazing, though the bad weather limited outdoor enjoyment. The homely food from the ladies' kitchen was yummy and added to the comfort. A kettle with coffee/tea sachets was a nice touch, making our stay more pleasant. Despite the rain, it seemed like the place had a lot to offer! We will be back after the rains to enjoy the river.

Grand Cliff is the best hotel in munnar. The view from the rooms & restaurant was panoramic & superb. The resort is comparable to and even surpasses many resorts in Switzerland. It exceeded my expectations. Even the outdoor corridors play relaxing music in the nurture. The supervisor Vinod was very respectful & cooperative to the utmost extent. Everything you wish for is provided. I regretted that I did not find a vacancy with them for the rest of my stay in Munnar. Thank you very much I completely recommend and will come back again.
