Our stay was made wonderful by the staff! Everyone of them were 100% customer service oriented! From the front desk, the concierge staff and the restaurant staff were are so helpful, cheerful and informative. The location was perfect for us. Our cottage was ideal with a private sit out and well supplied with comfortable linen. We are glad that we choosed this resort for our stay and thankful to Shabir for giving personal attention in making our stay comfortable.

We had the best time in Karma! The family that hosted us was so kind and helpful. We asked for a dinner and she made it with vegetables from her garden. All the food was amazing. We highly recommend on this place !!!! The best experience !

Excellent hotel to stay fir 2-3 days tour program in Nubra valley . From Back side ( balcony) of hotel room both hill and flower garden view were excellent. Food was also very good . we got some dishes cooked as per our likings.
