The entire resort was an unique experience..From.the rooms,ambience and unusual activities both for kids and adults. The food needs a special mention.Such personal care and impeccable service.My 92 year old father loved the food and was pampered with his choices..They made his birthday unforgettable. The evening street food was a fab experience. Ilaiyaperumal,Naveen and Veeran need a special mention and kudos for their ever smiling service. Highly recommended for a varied holiday.

I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, GST Road, Chennai from 21st August to 6th September for business travel and had an incredible experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping team, especially Alisha and Siva, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They paid attention to every detail, and their service was beyond excellent. In F&B, Dina and Himasha provided outstanding hospitality, taking the time to understand my habits and preferences and ensuring every meal was delightful. The food was consistently tasty and well-prepared throughout my stay. The hotel is located around 45 minutes to an hour away from Chennai's city center, but they arrange vehicles for any travel requirements, making it convenient. The staff truly care about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommended
