Spotlessly Clean hotel. It’s very close to the market square yet it’s tucked away in a corner and is away from the hustle bustle of the crowd. The staff are extremely professional, warm, proactive. If I requested anything they would address it immediately. Never had to ask them again. The rooms are so clean, the beds very comfortable and the coffee at breakfast was super! The owner is very hands on at the property, very interested in the well being of his guests. I highly recommend this place! It’s usually sold out so book well in time. They have a new hotel close by so one can get rooms there also! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice, gave us some good advice on shopping etc. very polite staff! Thanks! We will be back!

Amazing experience with Holiday Hill. with Booking.com it was a quick booking I have done at a budget price. Everything was the best in this property such as peaceful location, delicious food with good quantity with affordable price and comfortable Rooms with all facilities even we were not expecting. Room service was so quick. The service staff was friendly and honest. We have ordered extra food as we were expecting less quantity usually getting in most of the hotels, however room service staff suggested the quantity and helped us.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to, by far! They really made me feel extremely welcome and went out of their way to make my time in Dharamshala even more magical! We stayed for 5 nights at this charming hotel in the village of McLeod Ganj. The room was cozy, clean and luxurious. The shower was perfect. The food was delicious, varied and excellent. The old colonial property..was exhilarating..staff was excellent , caring ,ready to serve you with a genuin smile.. Location: when britisher has chosen a location, then what to say..it was perfectly chosen..room were large n with an old n modern touch.. Worth spending..a lifetime experience..I think after Radisson and Norbu Tsj .this is the third best in Dharamshala n nearby. Now don't wait experience the old viceroy bungalow.
