Superb staff. Extremely helpful and always with an endearing smile. The GM Mr Sanjay Nangia, runs a very tight ship. The staff love and respect him. Where else in Darjeeling can you lie in bed and watch the sun play out its colours on Kanchenjunga and her six sisters.

The best budget hotel in Darjeeling. The room are a bit small but more then makes up with it’s cleanliness and amenities. Local snacks were placed in our room as welcome. The location is very near and in walking distance from tourist attraction and you can get sharing taxi right in front of hotel.

When I booked my stay here, I expected it to be like any other hotel, but I was taken by surprise. The hospitality provided by this hotel was more than I had expected. The rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. We can see the entire Kanchenjunga range from the hotel. This is a family-owned business so guests are taken extra care of. Lots of complimentary tea and snacks are provided by the owners who personally make sure your stay is super comfortable and better than expected. They respond to you very quickly and make sure everything is up to the mark. Such a high level of care and service for such a low price cannot be found anywhere else. This is the best property to stay at while traveling to Darjeeling.

The hotel's location was its standout feature, surpassing my expectations during my stay with my child. I had initial concerns, but the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, along with the availability of a geyser for hot water, were particularly impressive. Vijay was extremely helpful to us throughout our time at the hotel.
