We booked the house when we were stranded in Seydisfjordur by a hurricane. The host was easy to reach out by phone and was very helpful in allowing us to stay inside the house a bit longer after the check out time so that we could figure out our plan.

We had apartment "B", but I think all apartments in the building were recently renovated. I am not sure if we were not the first guests in this apartment. Everything was new, check-in was easy, and the missing towels for the third person were delivered within minutes. There was a lot of space and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a wishing machine with a dryer. I definitely recommend this place!

Amazing remote location, not far from the town Eglisstadir, the hosts were really helpful, it was clean and comfortable. We saw the Northern Lights that night at the guesthouse and it was really beautiful experience. I recommend this guesthouse for everyone who is traveling on the east side of Iceland.
