The apartment was spotless and very comfortable! What a view! You should include the name of the little dog in your apartment guide. We very much enjoyed meeting him! Think we saw whales from the windows, thanks for providing the binoculars.

Full privacy in your own cabin. Stove top, toaster, griddle, coffee maker with pots and pans. Small fridge, full shower and bathroom, we also had a fan in the bedroom and spectacular views. Short drive into the city. This has honestly been the best place we've stayed on our entire trip of the island

When you get to the Hafdals Hotel you will be impressed by the view and then you’ll realise that you get to enjoy this view every single second during your stay (well not every second, the bathroom has no view towards Akureyri but this is no fault of the hotel). Speaking of the room it is quite spacious and the shower has some nice water pressure. The complete hotel facility was clean and well managed! The breakfast buffet is adequate, there is a good amount of choice and the food and drink is of high quality. The bed is comfortable and the provided pillow lead to some restfull sleep.

Situated in central Akureyri, Centrum Hotel offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Akureyri Public Swimming Pool is 500 metres away.

The location and price of the hotel was perfect. Surprisingly nice rooms for the price. We loved it! Easy check in.

Very nice hotel with bohemian style lounge,reception area,very cosy. Very nice helpful staff .extra mention for the Polish lady at reception who fixed and explained the remote control,very helpful and friendly. Nice happy four hours each day! Very good breakfast with high quality items.

My room was very nice and comfortable. Hotel was clean and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the botanical gardens. The food at the restaurant was very good. I would like to mention that the staff were very helpful. Akureyri is a nice place to visit and you can take a day trip to Grimsey Island.

Lovely breakfast, absolutely awesome central location but nice and quiet. Despite it being festival weekend!
