Best hotel with a view in ICELAND, we definitly recommend everyone to book the Delux KING suite as the Godafoss falls is visible from your room day and night, we stayed during full moon it was spectacular. And if you are lucky like us, you could catch Northern lights from your room. Ms.Astrid was really helpful during our 3 day stay.

Room was super beautiful, clean and spacious. The landscape around was full of snow, so peaceful and serene. Godafoss is 10 min away and it was definitely one of my favorite waterfalls in Iceland. The girl working in the kitchen was super friendly and nice and the family living there kindly let us use the kitchen for our dinner.

This is a great bed and breakfast style hotel. It is located on a farm down a dirt road, but was easy to find even at night. Self check in and check out meant that we didn't interact with any of the staff at all. Breakfast was good and the facilities overall were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Fljotsbakki. The hotel is 3km away from the main road, so the environment is very calm and quiet. The barn is completely renovated and offers big rooms with all the accomodations needed to have a pleasant stay. A very positive experience!
