We had an amazing stay! High ceilings and very spacious areas were super nice. Breakfast also really really good! It was the best hotel we visited in a week (and not the most expensive one)!

The house was so cool, just middle of nowhere but everything was equipped, like kitchenware. Just bring over food and drinks at the house will be an amazing night! The weather was cold and snowy, but we really love to see the snow! Just in front of the house with spectacular views of those mountains. Sad that we don’t have see any aurora during our stay but I believe that’s still got chance if you are in luck !!

The place has a nice, informal atmosphere. Stayed in 6-person shared room, with comfortable beds and privacy ensured by smart drawers and bed curtains. Everything is nice and clean, and everything from bathrooms to shared kitchen and shoe dryers, bar and relax area are designed to be functional and suit the needs of different kinds of travellers. Really a pearl for those wanting a simple, but comfortable 'backpacker' kind of stay!

The cabin was very small and basic.

The cabin was very small and basic. I weigh 120 pounds and could barely maneuver myself in the bathroom. The shower stall was not set up properly and water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was no WIFI in the cabin and I was told to use the restaurant if I needed to make contact with someone. The restaurant was closed at night. If I had had an emergency, I would have had to drive somewhere for WIFI access. The food was mediocre and expensive. I do not recommend this facility.

The property is on camping site, has very nice view.

The property is on camping site, has very nice view. Plenty space between the two cottage. But cottage was too much smaller for four people. We had not enough space for cooking and put our bags inside. In summer time it's very hard to get accomodations in Iceland, so I have not much choice, so no complain. Price is higher as per facility.
