Room as in photos and pretty comfortable. The living room big and has space for a lot of guests at once. Big windows to enjoy the relaxing grass view from them. Theres nice dogs outside that you could play with which is nice :) The host is making fresh breakfast every morning from scratch including small cute pancakes. Private parking.

There is nothing not to like about this place, it has the views, it has a great host, it has charm and a good price compared to crazy Iceland prices, the hostess prepared home made pies for everyone, the room was charming with many delightful details, there was a hot tub that we could not resist it is one of the best stays in whole Iceland for a reason and everyone has to find that reason for themselves. Much thanks to the hostess for arranging after hours check in for us that was easy and comfortable.

Location was very good, quite near Skogafoss (10min drive) and Seljalandsfoss (20min drive), but it was still far from main road, which makes it very quite. Check-in and communication with the host was easy and clear. It has all the amenities for a short stay and I would definitely repeat it in a next time. :)
