Helpful host, clear direction. Nice house surrounded by expanse view. Big parking area, easy to find. Big space in additional living area. When we booked, the property clearly state about bathroom. Like the kitchen and dining area is separated. ( can also eat inside kitchen area too) Situated nearby main road but feel solitude, which is nice. Great price & value overall.

The property was amazing, such a lovely modern, well-equipped villa, literally in the middle of nowhere, yet just a ~30 min drive from the closest town! It's rare to say this on Booking, but in reality it is better than what you see on the photos. 10 of us stayed there for 2 nights. Super easy to communicate with the hosts and to get in - there is a lockbox at the door. The villa was squeaky clean, the rooms and beds super comfortable and the kitchen is impeccably equipped with everything you don't even know you might need. The highlight, of course, is the outdoor hot tub, which can comfortably fit 12 people. Watching the northern lights from there was quite literally a life-changing experience. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with, also shared with us a a super helpful information pack about the area and what we can do while we are there. 11/10 would recommend!

Lovely cabins Great location - DEFINITELY walk up to the crater, it's a great walk, 45 mins each way and you can stand on the rim of an actual crater!

Spacious, clean and the host is helpful. There’s a big window inside the room which is great. The house gives you a vibe of lonely planet lol. Love here We didn’t have enough hot shower for 8 people but I guess that’s one of our members taking too much hot water away. Host answered me pretty fast, and send lovely parent here to check. Perfect little cottage. Literally nothing bad to be mentioned about it. Confy, well maintaned, warm and well insulated despite the heavy winds we had during our stay. A lot of large windows (we saw a small stretch of the aurora right front the bed) and the kitchen has everything one would need for cooking a nice dinner. We even stopped near their farm and saw the beautiful horses they have, there was one nice guy who let us in for a couple of mins. Definitely recommend. It is not cheap but well… what’s cheap in Iceland? The price is fair anyway.

The property was outstanding - modern , tastefully decorated, spotless , had every possible implement and kitchen utensil, in a quiet location but perfect spot for exploring the Snaefellsnes Penninsula. Probably the best value for money holiday home I've ever experienced !
