A very convenient hotel if you have a car and a great starting point for trips to Etna, Taormina and Siracusa. Our room was spacious with big and comfortable bed. They cleaned the room every day. A great convenience was the parking space directly in front of the room. Great breakfast, great coffee and very polite staff. The hotel has beautiful plants and a wonderful view of Etna. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The host was able to deal with an error I made while booking in a very kind way and going the extra mile. The set up of the building of the b&b is exceptional with a sun terrace and direct access to the beach (rocky) through a gate. Breakfast requests are taken the day before and tailored to the taste of the guests.

Villa Arianna was wonderful for our family of five, spread out across three of the units. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive (we loved our local Sicilian treats brought to us as we lounged by the pool!). The pool and facilities were impeccably clean. Staying on-location where hosts also live isn't everyone's preference, but if it suits your group, this is a really wonderful destination.

Loved this location and the view from the balcony/window at the grotesques was incredible. Really big room, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Included breakfast at cafe Cipriani each morning was a highlight of my trip! The owner was very helpful, very kind and generous, language barrier no problem.

The host,Marco, was great.

The host,Marco, was great. He made great suggestions for dining.The apartment was very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The view of Mount Etna and the ocean was a real plus. We didn’t see too much of Acireale because we did day trips to Etna and Taormina. Travel was difficult,but worthwhile when we got to our destinations. Due to some guests physical limitations,we didn’t walk around the city too much. Would recommend this Apartment.

The town is wonderful and filled with history. we where...

The town is wonderful and filled with history. we where lucky enough to visit during their carnival, which is something special especially with children. Even the locals are wonderful, mornings in the piazza's are like from a movie, time moving slowly and everyone talking to each other over a coffee. I loved it and looking forward to visit again.

Acireale is a peaceful small city.

Acireale is a peaceful small city. Although not so big but has a lot to offer. The carnival is the main highlight of the city. Piazza Duomo is a lovely square in which there are various churches, restaurants, cafeterias, and outlets within a small walking distance. There are a couple of interesting sites to visit such as the Duomo of Saint Sebastian, the Acireale Cathedral dedicated to the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary where you can go up to the bell tower, and various other adjacent churches. The Museo dei Pupi is also another must-visit site. The museum is about the art of puppetry, an art dating back centuries ago and which still was in place until the 70s. The Biblioteca Zelantea is another site that retraces the history of the city with a library containing historical books and documentation, paintings, statues, and other historical artifacts. The negative aspects of the city circle around the rubbish on the streets and various buildings requiring extensive restoration because they are old and shabby.

We stayed in Acireale so that we were fairly central without...

We stayed in Acireale so that we were fairly central without being in the middle of busy Catania. It was exactly what we had hoped for. A quiet, peaceful traditional sicilian town without the hustle and bustle. It is easy to get to and from the centre and the train station using a shuttle bus and there are regular trains to Catania, Taormina and further afield each day. Despite being a small town there were plenty of places to eat and drink, including some restaurants which could provide gluten free food for coeliacs and a dedicated gluten free bakery which was absolutely divine! We went in August which was also carnival time which was wonderful to watch.

A great hotel indeed, the rooms are in a very quiet area,spacious and very clean, and the parking infront of the room is fantastic , with no hassle for parking.would recomand it for sure! really enjoyed our stay

There are much better place to stay in Sicily.

There are much better place to stay in Sicily. Acireale has very limited restaurants.. good for sea food lovers. Food was expensive! but not much varieties of Italian pizza and pasta! Views were good but Acireale is very quite and 25 minutes walk to the near place! No trains, trams and bus service! You have only two options to travel… walk or taxi. Sea looked beautiful but it was Rocky so I wasn’t comfortable to swim. Toarmina was good great. Avoid sea in Acireale. Go to south where you can find sandy beaches

Located in a very beautiful part of Sicily, this villa is a fantastic stay for anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxed holiday in the countryside. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, checkin instructions very easy, good breakfast and general facilities. It has beautiful views of the Etna and is a great base for exploring the region. We were with our son and he really enjoyed the garden, little playground and toys that were in the villa. Overall, it is fantastic value for money.

Old building in the centre in front of the cathedral, lots of restaurants, close to the car park. The room was very big with a balcony to the street (for no noise from the street), a couple of beds were comfortable, a clean room with a welcome bottle of water in the minibar. Also, the staff Micaela and Guiseppe were very nice and happy to see us, and they felt home to us. For sure, we recommend this hotel. For sure, we are coming back when we visit Syracusa again. Thanks

Brand new beautifully appointed accommodation. Breakfast was a feast of local cheeses & cold meats prepared with loads of care & thought. Hosts (Santa & her husband ) are delightful & couldn’t do enough for us. Santa even made us a packed lunch for our journey home. Would 💯 recommend this place! Nicest accommodation we’ve had in Sicily.
