Very clean, staff is amazing and they really took good care of us. Location is perfect, in the centre of the city with lots to see around with 10-15 min walks. Breakfast was plenty and a lot to choose from.

The house is tucked away cosily a short distance from the main city which makes for a great tranquil environment. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials. The location is very scenic with its landmark chimney and landscaped gardens leading up to the fields. The property has a nice garden space to enjoy some evening drinks and morning breakfast though it was a bit dusty and looked unused when we visited, nevertheless, it made for some nice pictures. Matteo was particularly kind and available over WhatsApp despite us having arrived late at night. Would definitely go back another time.

I was staying in Alessandria as a base to attend a wedding...

I was staying in Alessandria as a base to attend a wedding in a nearby town, so did not really do justice to visit all the possible sights. It seems a city with much cultural heritage including the cathedral and many churches. I had a great pizza meal at Ricci Le Nostre Pizza which was good value and I enjoyed it so much I went back there on my last night. Avoid evening walks by the river if you wan’t to avoid being bitten by midges!

Nice town center, lots of restaurants and cafes. It was a bit difficult to find a supermarket. It's on the river, but I couldn't find a quiet spot to sit by it. A full day was enough, but it wasn't bad. There's a fort there, which is worth a visit. Echyer is only accessible on Fridays and Saturdays.

Unfortunately, Alessandria is deserted in August, and it's hard to find a restaurant open. Luckily, I found Osteria del Vinacciolo open, and it's truly top-notch. I visited the fortress, but it's a bit neglected.

Small town.

Small town. We were able to visit the Borsalino Museum and a few old churches. However, we were very disappointed when we visited the Citadel, which was in ruins! I don't understand how such a historical monument could be left in such a state; even the uniform museum was closed during opening hours.

Despite the city's location and outdoor amenities, the options for excursions or restaurants outside the hotel are minimal. The establishment remains a good place to stay, with a good restaurant. I emphasize, a good restaurant with high-quality service. Very good food!

Room is tidy and clean, space is big. Lots of parking spot. Check in and out is smooth. Quiet location. I would say the price for this room during the peak of the Easter holiday was competitive. If you could drive an hour away from Milan or Genova (if those are your travel destinations), it is better to spend it in this hotel than some expensive but bad hotels in the main cities of Milan or Genova. There are also some nice restaurants for you to discover in and around Alessandria.

This is a classic hotel in the centre of Alessandria, its very near the main square, where you can also park your car overnight. The rooms where comfortable and clean. The restaurante was very good, serving traditional cuisine dishes with a chic finish. The staff were extremely helpful espacially in the restaurant, shout out to Edicson, who was super caring and charming. Breakfast was great, nice pastries, fresh bread.

We didn't actually stay in this particular hotel. The hotel was hosting an event that day, the owner felt it would be too noisy for our family. So he arranged a seperate apartment in the neighbour village, which was also great. The next morning he invited us for a nice breakfast and showed us around the beautiful estate. It was very thoughtful of the owner, and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice contact. Guiseppe, the owner allowed me to place my motorbike in his garage. The was very polite. The room had a good size and it was quite easy to find the hotel. It is quite close to downtown.
