Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. Luigi is an excellent host, nothing was a bother. We enjoyed his travel stories too. The apartment was fully equipped and well laid out. It was a good size and very comfortable. The pool was really refreshing in the heat of the day.

Exceptional Exceeded my expectations. Location on edge of small historic hilltown. My room had spectacular views. Lovely welcome from host. Room was ready. Spacious. Well appointed. Solid tasteful old decor and furniture Super clean. Super comfortable. Super quiet. Excellent air conditioner but not required for this visit. Weather dire. Wifi stable and fast Would highly recommend and excellent value for money

The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.
