We stayed at this hotel during the 2nd night of our 8-day transalpine tour with our mountain bikes. From the moment the hotel owner greeted us upon arrival to our departure the morning after, we were treated superbly throughout. We had an indoor space to store our bikes overnight, there is a lovely shady veranda outside to have a drink and/or eat, the food in the restaurant is exquisite, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast offers all you can expect. A huge thank you to Margit for making our stay really special.

We visited Brenner as a place to stay on our way to our holiday destination. The Brenner area is very beautiful and there is a lot to see in the area if we had a little more time available. The area is well suited for cycling and hiking in the mountains in the summer and for skiing in the winter. There are good hotels and options for eating in the area.

We often go to the Bergkristall, the quality/price ratio is excellent, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, large rooms and ample free parking, the possibility of doing half board or using the restaurant with an à la carte menu, politeness and courtesy from the managers, we will definitely return again

The location is ideal, as it offers easy access to many cities and the surrounding area. Everything is possible without tolls, since a country road is available alongside the Brenner Pass. Thorough preparation for the places you plan to visit is very important. This is true for virtually all trips.

The service in the restaurant and at breakfast was the best. What we didn't like: - A rotten door frame in the bathroom - Several large, stubborn stains on the carpet - Toothpicks left by the previous guest on the floor - No real privacy screen at the bathroom window - Long wait at reception

A charming place, where even wheelchair users can enjoy a fantastic landscape and complete relaxation. Unfortunately, too little attention is paid to disabled people and their holidays, but here in these places, there's so much to be found. Have a safe trip and a pleasant stay, everyone.

Very modern hotel. The room was very nice with all comfort to be asked for. Automated access routine worked flawlessly, as well as the automated solution for the tourist tax. Location is good, close to station, and with restaurant just across the street (only for pizza, though)

Really nice hotel, big rooms and clean, witf balcony and a stunning view. Nice place to stay with kids as it also has a nice playground. The breakfast was delicious. The sound of the water was amazing. We really enjoyed it and we had a great time.

During christmas all the hotel was sorrunded with snow this beacuse the high elecation where.the hotel is sitiated. The breakfast was very good. And those two ladies that take care the breakfast area they are super helpfully.
