I had an excellent experience from the moment I arrived until my departure. The establishment displayed a commitment to cleanliness, evident both outside and inside. Despite their busy schedule, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, which made a significant difference. The room I stayed in was immaculate and featured a very comfortable mattress, contributing to a restful night's sleep. Firstly be careful that there two hotels with the same name :) normally I thought we were staying the one with was closer to lake braies when I look at the google maps with this hotel name. And when I have noticed the day before arrival I was sad that we were far from the lake. But when we come to this lovely town Brunico I was very happy that we are staying here. Hotel is nicely decorated with a lovely breakfast. It is located just in the center. Brunico is a small town but it was just a nice place to stay for one night. If we come for dolomites again we would definitely stay here again :)

Staff was very helpful to us. We had some questions about the area and they answered them. Our dinner at the hotel was very good. We enjoy a clean quiet location and we found just that at Hotel Krone.

    Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

    A very neat, clean and perfectly organized city with Austrian organization and Italian flair. The feeling of security is very high, there are no beggars, no suspicious men. The stores sell excellent goods, there are no cheap stores like New Yorker, generally there are no international brands, but that's why you find very high quality goods at reasonable prices. The food is gastronomic, and the prices are acceptable. The architecture is first class.

    The town is so lovely. A gorgeous river runs through it. Very walkable city and they have Bikes you can rent. Very nice places to stroll and shop/eat/imbibe. Friendly people. The Brunico castle was beautiful. Wish I had been able to stay longer.

    We loved the food, it’s high quality and versatile, aperitivo evening was also a nice experience organized by the hotel. Spa area is clean, very pleasant and relaxing. Shuttle service to ski lifts is quite convenient. Hotel in general is well equipped, rooms are nicely decorated with high quality wooden furniture.
