The host Maria was super nice and helpful. She suggested us many things in the area and made sure we have everything we need. The place itself is very beautiful with a nice garden and a very short way to the beach, just outside the garden gate.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent – peaceful yet conveniently close to the beaches nearby. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, it was also spacious, perfect for a family. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden, where we were pleasantly surprised by visits from local animals – a lovely touch that made the stay even more special. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Really recommended.

The apartment is quite basic, and the interior is old-fashioned, every item in red color :) (we already knew about it from the pictures, so it wasn't a surprise for us), but it was very clean - just spotless, which is the most important thing while renting the place. Also, the apartment is nicely spacious for a couple. You cannot see the sea from the balcony (only on the very corner while standing), but the location was really nice - only a few minutes by foot to reach the really nice pale gray sandy beaches. There are also a few restaurants and cafés near the place as well. They were already open in the middle of May when we stayed there. If you want to reach the famous Cala Gonone -it will take ~1h by car.

We spent 5 wonderful days by Carlo! The cozy apartment is on the first floor, the beds are comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large fridge and freezer. Spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean. And everything is as shown in the photos on Booking. The apartment has a balcony (and a teracce) and a direct view of the beach! We loved having a coffee in the morning with the view of the sea and occasionally the waves. I would say for sea and water lovers it's a perfect location, we were on the beach 4-5 times a day from early to late. You only need to bring your towel...that's a great convenience! The apartment is in the shade because there are lots of pine trees in the area, so you can cool off inside when the sun is at its highest. There is also a shower in the garden. The garden with the pine trees is beautiful, a peaceful paradise! There is a direct path to the beach, through the garden, 30 meters. The beach itself is beautiful, almost white sand and clear blue water, and it was not crowded in June... And there are also several wonderful beaches nearby, you can walk from beach to beach practicaly. Nearby there are several cafes, beach bars and restaurants. The host Carlo lives on the first floor but was very discreet and very helpful for all our questions/tips. I would especially like to mention how helpful Carlo was, when my husband had the problem with the tooth, and Carlo managed to terminate him a dentist appointment for the next day. Thank you so much Carlo! The next time we visit Sardinia, we will gladly come here again!

    Perfect place to have beach holidays for a family with kids-...

    Perfect place to have beach holidays for a family with kids- they spent most of the time in and out of the sea; it was never ending fun for them. If you are a fan of SUPing/ kayaking/ windsurfing- it's great place for these types of water activities. Grab your own from home (as I did) or rent the one on the beach (15€ per hour or 60€ per day for a SUP).

    Kitchen good, we the used weber BBQ to cook, plenty of coffee pods, big fruit bowl kept us going. Location away from beach overlooking sea was fantastic., great walk to beach & back via supermarket. Walk to beach is best if take left turn 50 metres before main road & walk track on western side of bridge, then safely cross by bus stop & local pub. Supermarkets very good. Drive Orosei easy, did some hiking but generally 5 dsys spent going to beach early for beautiful swim & back b4 midday heat. Would come back in a flash.

    The location, literally on the sea. The tasty and varied breakfast. The attention to detail and the beautiful garden gently transitioning into a nearly private cove equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds. A true gem on the eastern coast of Sardinia.

    Close to a beach which was really empty nearly feeling private. Just had a some sea weed you had to step through to reach the water. Hotel room was nice and big and looked cool old style. Nice pool area and terrace overlooking it.
