The hotel was very good, in every aspect. We were very happy to put the car on the private parking. On arriving on a Sunday, we were surprised to see a lot of people in the street close to the hotel. We thought there was some festivity going on, but there are crowds in town each sunday, as this is the place of a very well known sanctuary : San Gerardo di Massi.

Friendly host. Apartament lack only wash machine. Everything else is there. Host handover keyfob for gate, so you can park your car inside on the yard which is great in this area. Apartament is clean and comfortable. You can get fresh towels and bedsheet anytime you need. I spent there more than 3 months and this is the best place I stayed in.

Well that’s a great questions I would have to say the only positive point about this property was the well kept garden, the rest is for sure about 40 years too old and in need of up keeping unless you like to pay high prices for and absolute ridiculous place. I believe in Karma so nothing more to say!

Exceptional Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Accommodation: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking. Service: The staff at Hotel truly made my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and concierge services, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Special thanks to the front desk team and owner for their helpful recommendations and quick responses to any inquiries I had. Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. I also dined at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, and the cuisine was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. Facilities: TheHotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a stunning rooftop pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the pool, where I could unwind while enjoying the spectacular views. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the therapists were professional and skilled. Location: The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. So beautiful and homely. The hosts were beautiful, kind people and it felt more like we were going to visit family rather than staying at a b&b. Food was fabulous and they catered for special requests at breakfast which was nice.
