The room we booked had a beautiful view of the Alps. The hotel is very family friendly. A rich breakfast is served every day from the morning with the option of hot scrambled eggs and coffee from the pressure coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and flexible with us when we had to shorten our stay. The room was very clean with warmth and daily cleaning took place. We will certainly use the hospitality of the owners again.

We were skiing in Kronplatz (there is problem with parking - full parking areas if you are not there early in the morning at 10am is already full). Hotel is great, great value for money. Inside hotel is nice restaurant (Pizzeria). Parking garage is great conected with elevator and rooms. Great wellness center (realy nice)

    We originally wanted to stay in Brunico for family gathering...

    We originally wanted to stay in Brunico for family gathering. There were no available appartments for our budget. After a good search we found app in Campo Tures. Never heard of this lovely town before, and long story short - we loved it. Our stay was too short to visit everything this place offers, but we managed to vist Castle with a tourguide. We loved walking around at night, restaurants were always full and inviting. We loved standing at the bridge watching river slopes. Higly reccomend .

    Great Place! Totally reccomend it,

    Great Place! Totally reccomend it, We had a wonderful time here, the place was super clean and beautiful with great views, great for Families, Heidi was a super host. They also provide you free access to the local pool and booking in June you get free accesses to the lifts cabinovias in val di aurina. It is a great value for the money :) totally willing to come back :)

    Plenty to do whether you are after a simple hike or something more adventurous. Castle was very interesting. Tour was in either German or Italian but the tour guide was happy to answer questions in English and we were provided an english language pamphlet to follow along.

    It is not clear what people expect who choose one of the cheapest offers on the market, and then everything goes wrong. Having booked a 2+1 room for €67, I did not expect anything, but everything turned out to be very decent. Good atmosphere in the hotel. Comfortable bed. Purely. Also breakfast, although not super big, enough to fill you up. Definitely recommend.

    Absolutely everything was lovely: fantastic location, nicely decorated, everything clean and functional, and an exceptionally good hotel restaurant (booking essential!). The spa was cosy and inviting. But the staff were by far the best part of the experience: friendly, helpful, and infinitely patient with our disorganised group.

Location in the center of the town, close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, ski bus. spacious rooms, 100% cleanliness, plenty of towels, bathrobe, warm pool.     Peaceful place, hospitable people. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, fresh, local products. The Guest Pass, which we got at the beinning of our stay allowed us to travell and visit Klausberg by night for free. I highly recommend it and hope I will visit this hotel again
