Everything's great! Claudia communicatea perfectly and is very helpful. Beautiful appartment with incredible view at a balcony. Spacious and extremely clean appartment, nothing to worry about. And cute little breakfast :) We chose this area because it's not too far from airport. It might be a bit hard to come back here from Bologna late, though for us it was not a problem, since we did not want to stay in Bologna until late. Also, a perfect choice for workation.

Silvia was an excellent host. Her welcoming was the warmest and kindest ever! The cleaning standards were exceptional and the flat had everything needed for the most comfy stay. Decor indeed made the apartment true to the description. We would have stayed longer if we had the time. It felt like a home away from home with a lovely garden outside. Though we didn't cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen with large supermarket nearby. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom with spa shower. There is an operable washing machine, which was needed over my month-long journey through southern Europe. I had a car so it was easy to drive downtown for dinner.

The main reason i chose the property was because we needed to attend a concert at the unipol arena and it was the closest i could get to it while also being in our budget. My main priority when booking a place to stay is cleanliness, and the property matched my expectations completely. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking which was a massive bonus for the apartment. It immediately felt like a home.

A hotel with modern interior design in the style of the beginning of 2000. Fornasetti works are widely used in the interior design. The overall impression is pleasant. The room is of sufficient size and there is also space to open a larger suitcase. There are quite a lot of places in the parking lot. The breakfast was good, not very rich, but still much better than the average level in Italy. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good and at an adequate price. Opposite the hotel is a small park with a fountain.

Clean hotel with all the essentials. Very comfortable memory foam pillows. Late night check in available. Friendly, helpful staff. Shower works well with good pressure (but see below, lacked curtain!) Furniture a bit old but functional. Overall a decent place to stay as long as one does not expect luxury. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad. Location was great for what I had to do, free parking available onsite a good bonus.

It does the job if you need a place to sleep for couple night. If you can find a room for 50-60 euro, then go for it. I wouldn’t pay more than that. The hotel is very old, but the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the shower was fine. Also, the location is ok with easy access to the city centre of Bologna and the Unipol Arena. The

Room was very clean, it was a road trip sleep hotel im an i dustrial zone however our sleep was cut short due to some prescheduled automatic skyliner opening up in the morning at 7am and opening up as well with quite scary sound! Wld stay again? Nope!!
