Very helpful and attentive staff, ready to go an extra mile, even speaking Chinese, a modern room, good breakfast, in the heart of the old town, dogs are allowed. I won’t write this in the “didn’t like” part, just for the travelers to be aware: the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot. That means driving away after having unloaded your luggage and walking back. The parking is not far away, EUR 20 per night, but it’s extra time and money you spend.

The staff was outstanding, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We came by electric car and it was great to be met outside who took care of the car. They parked it in their garage and we could also charge it at a reasonable price. They parked breakfast buffet was lovely with a lot of good food. Our room wasn’t big, but nice, clean and quiet. The location next to the arena perfect.

What a beautiful place! We stayed as a family of 4 in the Juliette suite - A separate building entry, with a huge main room, a separate bedroom, a sofa bed, and our own Juliette balconies. Best of all was the staff, especially Maria, who was so friendly and helpful. Driving and parking in Verona is a real adventure for North Americans, and we so appreciated being able to drive to the front door, and the staff helped us with our bags, and parked the car for us, and were helpful thoughout our stay. This Hotel would have to be the best Airport Hotel we’ve every stayed in. The staff were lovely & very helpful they even had a breafast bag for us both the next morning on checkout as we had to leave early for our flight & made us a coffee while we waited for our airport transfer. Our dinner in the restaurant was also really good. We would highly recommend staying here.

This is a useful hotel for a one-night stay after arriving...

This is a useful hotel for a one-night stay after arriving at Verona airport late in the day (and flight delayed, so just as well!). Efficiently run, restaurant was open until 10.30 p.m., which was fortunate, as we arrived at about 9 p.m. Food was good for this type of hotel. The air conditioning in our room did not seem to work, but as it was for one night, we didn't bother asking for it to be rectified. Did not open windows, as aircraft noise can be pretty loud, which is what you'd expect being close to the airport. Bus pick-up service was useful to and from airport. A little difficult to find the meeting point though. All in all good value and convenient, Very clean everywhere.

What a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful scenic location. The family were brilliant in welcoming us and providing useful information. My bedroom provided both romance and tranquility, whilst the family room was a great place for our family meals, great conversation and entertainment. The setting on a winery was the highlight of my stay as the host of the local winery a mere stones throw away gave us a wonderful evening full of great wines, local artisan cheese, fresh cold cuts and plenty of laughter.... What more could one ask for?

We used the hotel as a stop prior to flying the next day, we arrived at 1 pm and had the room available immediately, lunch was available until 2 pm and we took the opportunity to eat. It was excellent, the menu was available for both lunch and tea, it was pricey but excellent. We had salads and decided we would eat dinner there too. We were not disappointed it was excellent. The quality was first-class, the service was excellent, and the wine list was extensive. We used the pool area and enjoyed a wonderful last day of the sun until 7 pm. Bar service was available and excellent too. The next morning I had a quick swim in the indoor pool, too which is small but very clean, and a functional gym was available too. We had breakfast which catered for all tastes, cold meat and cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, and fresh coffees, a wide range of cereals, and hot bacon AND EGGS.

We flew into the city late and unfortunately our hotel in the city would not let us do a late check in. Therefore, DB hotel were brilliant at accommodating us last minute. They collected us from the airport with no additional charge and returned us back to the airport the next morning. It was a lovely, clean hotel who were extremely welcoming, especially the receptionist Roberto.

The hotel was clean and had some great facilities! The staff were really helpful and as a first time solo traveller, I was very grateful for the shuttle bus to and from the airport and the city centre!

Lovely sauna, steam and pools! Food in the restaurant is great and the hotel offers daily shuttles to the city centre or porta nuova station.
