Spanking new house on two levels. The owners live on the ground floor. The upper floor has a self contained bedroom with en suite bathroom, and then a series of other rooms that we did not see. Everything super modern, well designed and hyper clean. Many of the latest Italian home decorating touches. Paula was very friendly and helpful. We chose the property for its proximity to Bologna's airport, only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend. Also great for dogs since there are nearby fields.

We had such a delightful stay at this wonderful location! The landlord and his son were incredibly hospitable and supportive, always making sure we had all the information we needed. They even provided us with a handy kit full of helpful tips and were available throughout our entire stay. The apartment itself spans two levels, and while the window positioning means it doesn’t offer a direct view, there's a lovely communal terrace where you can take in the surrounding beauty. Moreover, the area itself is so scenic! Starting our day with breakfast at the neighboring cafe was a treat, especially with their wonderful staff. If you're considering transportation, I'd recommend asking the owner about arranging an airport transfer. It seems some ride-share drivers might not frequent this town, so it's a great option to have. Lastly, the kitchen was fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable and homely experience. We truly had everything we needed for a perfect stay!

I stayed here with my mother and sister for a week and fell...

I stayed here with my mother and sister for a week and fell absolutely in love with the beautiful surroundings. The hosts were nothing but kind and accommodating to us and the rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast was lovely and there were varied options for us to choose from, which was great for us as my little sister is a picky eater but she had no trouble finding something to her liking every morning. We had access to our own private bathroom just outside of our room which was very nice and clean and offered access to some toiletries such as shampoo and bodywash. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend it.
