We really appreciated how fresh and well-maintained the accommodation was – both the rooms and the shared spaces were spotless and clearly cared for with attention to detail. It gave a strong impression of quality and cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive, which made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Lucia was charming and attentive, always ensuring our stay was special with thoughtful details, including a welcome drink. The daily delivery of croissants and pastizzotti was a delightful touch that made us feel pampered. The apartment is located in a charming, festively decorated street, perfect for the holiday season.
