We liked everything about this hotel! Really nice staff at reception and during breakfast. Rooms clean with big comfy beds. Most of them are right next to the pool. It's really convinient when you have children. Pool is quite big, salty water and really well maintained. Everything is well maintained - you can see that somebody's paying attenction to the details. Sunbeds are also very comfy. Breakfast is varied - mainly sweet, typical italian, but you can find fresh bread (not toast), cheeses, deli and boiled eggs. We were satisfied, nobody's left hungry :) The music at the pool was also really nice - soft pop-rock, no one can be bothered by that kind of music and it feels nice to listen to something.

Our stay at Villa Santa Margherita was wonderful. It was actually my second time visiting, and I would come back anytime. The house has been beautifully renovated. The property itself is stunning, and the tranquility and relaxation you can experience there are perfect. The owners are very kind and helpful, and their olive oil is absolutely delicious.

The town of Chiaramonte was really quiet with nothing going...

The town of Chiaramonte was really quiet with nothing going on during the day. There were a couple of museums and churches but othewise nothing there. We just used the area for a base as we were attending a wedding nearby, but it's a good base to visit Ragusa, Modica and Notte in the area -

Beautiful area big open spaces. Sicily without the tourists. Some excellent local restaurants within a short drive away. Easy access to the motorways and visiting lots of interesting places being either shops, woodlands, and ancient temples.

If you want to experience something different than Sicilian...

If you want to experience something different than Sicilian tourist traps, then check it out. The small village where everyone knows each other. Don't expect luxury or big offers at restaurants. If it's windy, it blows here like hell. But if it's nice weather, it feels like a place where time has stopped.

The stuff is not respecting the client’s, the breakfast could be improved much more, the piece of fresh bread must be offered, some slices of cheese and ham do not cost a lot for such type of hotel, it was really unpleasant day after such stuff behaviour 🙈

this was a last minute booking, we went there and unfortunately felt sick by the evening. Althiugh the service didnt include room service, and no lunch or dinner, the hosts gace us everything to help us and even offered to go get us supplies from grocery store / pharmacy. They as well kept sending us messages to see if we were ok and to make sure we didnt need anything. last day, for checkout, because our ferry departure was late, they even allowed us to stay as late as needed as to not expose ourselves to the sun... Such beautiful souls

Its location. Lovely to watch the sunsets. Very peaceful. Good pool and all seating, tables and shades. Breakfast was good, cheeses and meats put out fresh on our arrival. No fruit juices though. Rooms were new, spotless and with a lovely shower. Bottled water was available for free in a glass decanter, all filtered Lovely little, patio area outside to sit and wile the time away. Plenty of free parking.

We stayed at this Hotel for a whole week, and everything about this hotel is excellent. Starting with the staff, they are very friendly, kind and always smiling. Ready to assist in anything that we required. Facilities are very good, and the area and surroundings are amazing. Good food, and an excellent restaurant. A very relaxing and unforgetable holiday.
