This is a place I would advice to visit.

This is a place I would advice to visit. Every time I find something new here, enjoying summer evenings and salt water smell... Fishing boats and sound of the waves... Markets on Thursdays and evening concerts in July at Musica in laguna festival.

Beautiful little ancient town with traditional houses and canals that is very popular with the locals. Loved the Thursday market when the main street transforms completely, a real old time market feeling. The Fish Market is one of the best.

Chioggia is a gem in the northeast of Italy.

Chioggia is a gem in the northeast of Italy. if you want to visit Venice, better to lodge in Chioggia, save some money and travel to Venice either by bus or by ferry. beautiful and scenographic ride from Chioggia to Venice. Beach if fabulous for kids thanks to chemical properties of the sand (iodine good for lungs and respiration)

Lovely old town, lively but not overun.

Lovely old town, lively but not overun. Countless bars and restaurants with pavement tables - some of the latter very good indeed, especially if you are a fish-lover. The pace is relaxed and the atmosphere welcoming. A real town lived in by real people- who come out in force for the huge Thursday street. We loved Chioggia - a real find. We'll be back!

The accommodation has a very strategic location, close to...

The accommodation has a very strategic location, close to everything. That's the most important thing for me. Otherwise, the accommodation consists of one room divided in half into a sleeping area and a kitchenette with a table. The bathroom is fully adequate, just in the shower was very difficult to manage betweenhot and cold water. A big plus is the host, who explains exactly where everything is and also sent links to everything you need. Very helpful and professional.

Firstly ,our huge thank you to Lorenzo and family for accommodating us at their fabulous apartment. The apartment was perfect in every way . A balcony to add and enjoy the street scene . Super quiet at night. Close to lovely canals, eateries. Cool little family wine shop next door . And cafes and bars also.Paid parking nice and close at a good rate. Our first stop on an adventure through Italy. We are left smiling from ear to ear. Teddy and Brigit from New Zealand.

The Apartment was fabulous, in a super location five minutes walk to the gorgeous beach and 20 minutes to the town of Chioggia. The views from the back bedroom over the marina are stunning. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need and it is located right next to a lovely hotel which serves great seafood. There are also several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. It's a perfect base for a relaxing holiday.

Antonella and her husband are exceptional good hosts. Provided us with bikes and even drove us to the bus station for our journey home. Bikes are fantastic for getting around, organized cycle paths all over. Beautiful studio, new and very clean. Location is perfect for combining a vacation beach/town/city/boat/culture/history and nature. Boat nearby take you to Venice, 90 minutes trip (roundtrip 8 hours).

Perfectly situated at the end of the island, the Hotel Grande Italia is a little gem. It is well maintained and staff are all superb! Richardo at reception was such a nice and genuine person! Air conditioning worked very well in the hot and humid weather. Breakfast was very good and had all you would want- except barista coffee (machine only). All in all a great stay!
