Perfect getaway location just to relax from the busy streets and places at lake Garda. The rooms are big and have airconditioning. The pool is great, the garden a dream. Everything was perfect, but most important the staff is top tier! Giuseppe the manager welcomed us and explained everything in detail. They want the guest to be at home and no request is to much. I even got a VIP shirt ;) A special thanks to Asia! The true meaning of service with a smile :) always kind, nothing was to much to ask. Starting breakfast with her famous cappuccino and eggs was just perfect! We went to many places but this was just special. We felt welcome and at home away from home. Thank you for everything! The property enjoys a wonderful location, offering tranquility and expansive views of the surrounding countryside. Guests can take advantage of a highly regarded restaurant within walking distance, serving excellent cuisine. Breakfast is characteristically Italian, featuring a variety of sweet pastries. There are many places to visit in the area, and having a car is highly recommended. The host is welcoming and ensures a smooth, uncomplicated stay. In the autumn there are many wine tastings. Verona is just like 20 minutes away. Next to the property, there is a large monument and a museum commemorating the Custoza battle in which Italians took part.

Breakfast is very good and versatile, everything basic like eggs, buns, cereals is available. Even seasonal fruits and ready-to-go mini sandwiches! Also the hotel is brand new and very clean. Personnel is welcoming and always ready to help. Rooms are big and everything needed is available, also the bed and especially mattress are very-very good! I don't think I have slept on a better bed somewhere else in hotels!

the staffs are suffer friendly and helpful. They even organized me a microwave from other hotel. The hotel is new and well kept. The fragrance they used in the corridor smells really good. My dog is charged for 10euro which is ok and they also prepare a dog bed and a bowl for my dog，just the bowl is not so clean. The waitress in the restaurant is also really friendly.

The hotel is truly wonderful,the staff are very helpful. The food is out of this world i would rate it plus 5 stars and we have traveled to many nice hotels. We booked two rooms, the suite with Jacuzzi was a great extra treat.
