The property was spacious, and quiet, individually decorated and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The view was amazing!The bed was large and comfortable and the shower excellent. Lota of little extras made it homely. Valery and Patrizia were lovely hosts, and really helpful with advice on places to walk and visit. You really couldn’t want for much more or nicer hosts! We also made use of the sauna which was great after a long day walking.

This hotel is close to the French border, between Cuneo and the Saint Anna Sanctuary. I did not expect much from this hotel in the main national road but I was greatly surprised. The location is great, with easy access to Italy and France. The rooms we had (two communicating rooms) were simply great, spacious and really confortable. Room 7 with two single beds, a wardrobe and a sofa; room 6 with a queen bed and an extra single sofa bed. This room had wardrobe and even a table with 2 chairs and lots of space to circulate. This room had the access to the private bathroom. The beds were confortable, the linen and the pillows were soft and the room was spotless. The room price included a good breakfast and the hotel has a restaurant with an enormous variety of pizzas and pasta. The staff was very helpful and tried to speak to us in French or English as our Italian was inexistent. The hotel has a free parking too. I will certainly come back to this hotel if I am close to Cuneo.
