The room was very spacious, downstairs was a kitchen we could use. The host was very helpful and flexible about the time of our arrival. He recommended us a good mechanic as we had some problems with the rented car. You can park the car for free infront of the apartment. We got delicious snacks, fruit, coffee, tea and water.

Great host, was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us the room. Fabrizio took time to explain the map of Enna to us and suggest good restaurants for dinner. We had a super breakfast, he was kind enough to prepare more vegetarian items for me. Room including bathroom was very spacious and clean. No complaints. Enna has been called the "navel" of Sicily due to its central location, and proximity to ancient sites, churches, Mount Etna, Ortigia and more. There are many beautiful and historic sites to walk around and through such as the Duomo di Enna, Castello di Lombardia, Rocca di Cerera, and of course the narrow streets off the main road. And a must to see is the Villa Roman del Casale with its stunning mosaics.

Enna is a nice town, but not the top location in Sicily that I had expected. A visit to the restaurant Tommy's Wine (don’t be misled by the name or the appearance of the establishment) is a true experience in Enna and definitely worth it

I went in October and it was quiet with not a whole to do...

I went in October and it was quiet with not a whole to do here. The restaurant I dined at was pleasant and food was good, the staff were really nice and local people were friendly. The town didn't suit me, especially in a place like Sicily where there are so many beautiful places to visit. Enna looks stunning from the highway perched high on a plateau and the streets are nice to walk. But it's not worth a night in my opinion.

From Lombardia's castle has panoramic view, Etna, Callascibetta, valley, Bassa Enna, old town. There is a supermarket near castle. Velvendere square is 10minutes from bus stop and 20min from bus station. At Vittorio Emanuele Square There is a restaurant Sciabbè with amazing view to valley and Calascibetta, its entrance is located in a narrow alley next to the sanctuary of the temple, that is opened from noon.

Enna is a beautiful and historic city, in a spectacular hilltop location with stunning views. We found it a very friendly town, with very few tourists in March. It can be very cold even then, when windy, so pack warm clothes. There are many lovely old buildings in the town, and it is a short drive to other places such as the fabulous Roman villa of Villa Romani Casale.

We were there with our friends, another couple. There were two double rooms, a kitchen/ dining, and a bathroom. Both rooms were spacious. It was good to have a table in the kitchen/dining where four of us sat, enjoyed chatting and making plans, while sipping wine. Enna is a very good place to stay to visit Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armelina. From the flat, it's a close walk to The Rock of Ceres, from where you could see a wonderful panorama of the middle part of Sicily.

This is a 4-star hotel with the facilities and luxury of a 5-star hotel. The room was spacious and fantastic, very nicely decorated and overall fantastic. Really 5 stars. The staff was very helpful and the hall experience of staying there was wonderful. Definitely a recommended option to stay in Enna. It would probably be my preferred option for Enna.
