Newly renovated apartment very clean, well equipped. They even provided a dog bed and bowl for our dog 🐕 We had a couple of issues with the codes to enter, but the staff picked up the phone straight away and came over to resolve, and were very helpful and friendly! It also had a lovely garden area.

A small town with everything you could possibly need, the upper town of Falconara offers fantastic views of the Ancona harbor and the Conero promontory. Clean and well-maintained. Try the artisanal ice cream from the small shop in Falconara Alta—it's delicious.

It's a small town between Ancona and Senigallia.

It's a small town between Ancona and Senigallia. The upper town boasts a beautiful panoramic view, complete with a castle-theatre. It's well-served by public transport until 8:00 PM, and the seaside parties are delightful in the evenings. Suitable for families with children.

I'm sorry to have to comment that FALCONARA MARITTIMA is overall one of the worst places I've been to, and there are many reasons why I won't go into them here. For the MARCHE region, I recommend other seaside resorts.

The place is rather unappealing, but you can take a pleasant stroll along the beach and admire the numerous, sometimes quite appealing, graffiti on the wall in front of the railway tracks. The route to the airfield is theoretically short, provided you don't get lost in the massive construction sites and risk a long detour and considerable time loss by taking the wrong exit.

The apartment is suitable for four people.

The apartment is suitable for four people. Its proximity to the sea means you'll always have fresh air. Drinking water is provided by the owners. You can cook, and everything is available in the kitchen. Fans are in both rooms. Grocery stores are very close by. The only downside is the trains, but you get used to those after a day. :)

We were passing through on our way to the ferry from Ancona. Falconara Maritima has a very long beach. However, it didn't really have that beach holiday atmosphere. Everything seemed a bit run-down. We didn't actually go to the beach itself, as we were just passing through.

The appartment is perfect. It has everything in high quality; kitchen tools; brand new douche,lavatory etc. The beach is near. The hostesses are most helpfull and attentive. The place is most suitable if you are going to take a ferry from Ancona. You would almost forget to go to the port. Driving there takes only 15 minutes. We had a wonderfull stay!

The villa is amazing- great proposition for good price. The location is perfect- the beach is in few minutes walk, supermarkets and pharmacies are also very close. The bus stop is near, so it’s very easy to get to Ancona. House was clean and have all that you need for comfortable vacation.
