If I could rate this stay higher than an a 10 I would. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay. It was about a 15 minute drive from Terni train station to the hotel. We had a very hard time getting a taxi and almost thought we were not going to make it to the hotel, we messaged the hotel and they were kind enough to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The views are beautiful!! They also offer to make dinner for their guests. We had plans so did not arrange to have dinner there but talked to another guest and said it was really good. Breakfast is free every morning. Everything was very clean, the room, the pool area, the outside sitting area. I would love to visit again and stay longer. I highly recommend staying here. If you need any recommendations or have questions the owner's are very responsive and helpful.

You're close to many places, but the roads aren't in good...

You're close to many places, but the roads aren't in good condition—there are even dirt roads. However, it's 13 km from the Marmore Falls and 45 km from Cascia. Other places were also very close, like Spoleto and Todi. Therefore, it could be a strategic point for several destinations.

The town of Ferentillo is nothing special, but it has a beautiful hinterland and is close to the Marmore Falls. It can be a good base for visiting the most important neighboring cities.

The property is located on a hillside overlooking the town of Ferentillo, with splendid vies across the valley. One of the staff members, Soyla (guessing at the spelling), was a lovely woman who looked after all our needs and breakfast and kept our room spotlessly clean. Despite being from Albania, she was able to communicate with my wife in Italian and Spanish, and even baked lus a special Albanian pastry for breakfast one morning.

The rooms were immaculate and the host Doda treated us ike we were part of their family. I really do recommend this accommodation for the location & comfort - a tranquil & relaxing place to stay
