The panoramic views from our room were spectacular, the hotel and village beautiful. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and offered a wealth of information about what to see, where to eat, and what to do to fully appreciate the city.

The apartment was very comfortable, nice and clean and Tea is a wonderful hostess who took care of us, she recommended a restaurant with delicious food. The Italian breakfast in the bar near the cathedral was very tasty. In addition Tea helped us with transport to Locri. If you want to visit Gerace, this apartment will be a great option for you.

Gracious kind and generous hospitality . Excellent accomodation and plentiful breakfast. The owner was very attentive and drove us to Locri to catch the train. He also took us to our next accomodation and we were upgraded . We were able to do washing of clothes.

A wonderful place to visit with a family. We felt like part of the family. Our kids even got friendly with the local dog which lives in the farm. Kids enjoyed seeing farm animals and walking in the nature and exploring a nearby river. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Nice decoration, well maintained. Well working airconditioning. Amazing breakfast with local products and a big choice. Very nice restaurant with a fireplace with home made food and simple menu. We could try oranges straight from the tree - they were delicious! You can buy local products in the store and enjoy them during the breakfast :) you can observe the local diary production during your stay. Surrounded by nature, with amazing views to the mountains and the sea in the distance. Very quiet and idyllic. There was a separate living room/library dowstairs where you could just read the books on the sofas. If we come back to Calabria, we will definitely return to enjoy this heavenily place. We felt pampered enjoying the nature while our kids explored it. You need a car to get there and around.

Breakfast on the balcony in the morning is a special treat with homemade preserves and fine coffee. it is an interesting, scenic hill town with a famous old cathedral now undergoing a major renovation that has closed it to visitors and it looks like it will remain closed for a long time, and it is the major attraction to the town other than its location perched high above the sea.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ferrari. Giovanni was the perfect host. His coffee was the best in Italy. Breakfast was delicious and included delicious home made fruit tarts and about 5 different homemade jams too. Sun-rise from our balcony was spectacular. The location was excellent. We loved our stay at Casa Ferrari and in Gerace. Kim

Well appointed. Very well done. Excellent location . Ettore and his wife Teresa are exceptional hosts…Ettore went over board and even drove us to our next town..He introduced us around Gerace and ensured best places to visit and eat.Really lovely man.we became friends .

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was exceptional. Very friendly and flexible. The last day we had to leave hotel very early and the man serving us breakfast came that day very early just to give us breakfast.
