Everything. Brilliant breakfast. The staff are the same as they have been for the past 8 years since the first time we stayed here. Free coffee in reception is a definite winner. As I have lots of family who live in and around Gorizia, we were able to invite them back for a coffee(s) and extra long chats. One of them is in a wheelchair and parking was provided for them even they weren’t guests, so as to make it easier to access the hotels for a coffee. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are fully equipped with everything you could want. And breakfast - everything was super tasty and lots of of choices.

Just from the beginning a worm and lovely welcome. Our two rooms were clean, modern and super comfortable -one room had a balcony where we had our daily breakfast. We enjoyed the dining from there own restaurant and shopped from their tiny shop (a cooperation with other locals!!) BEST Salami ever A wakeup was the 5min. walk to the bakery. Super location to get where ever you want. It was a lovely staying -perfekt holiday

    Gorizia is an undiscovered gem in Italy, main boulevard has wide, tree-lined sidewalks, many cafes and plazas, a fascinating castle and so many churches to check out. Food has been fantastic, people are helpful and friendly. The town is just the right size, not too big/not too small.

    Gorizia ia a wonderful city to wander through on foot.

    Gorizia ia a wonderful city to wander through on foot. The older part of downtown is well kept. The downtown area offers plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. I think it is good for about two or three leisurely days. There are a few sites to visit and Slovenia is close by. We ate at Peperino(excellent food and an attentive staff) and La Chincaglieria(sp?)(food and wine were really good, the atmosphere was lively, the staff was friendly). Overall, I would visit again.

    Gorizia is an undiscovered gem.

    Gorizia is an undiscovered gem. It has history, shopping, restaurants and a great location adjacent to the Collio Goriziano wine region, with numerous producers of excellent wines. Mountains, forests, beach resorts and the Adriatic Sea are all within a short drive. Slovenia is right next door.

    This lovely apartment is located in the ledge of Gorizia which gives you a very calm and quiet experience. Few meters away there is a beautiful park next to the famous Isonzo river. Apartment itself is very clean, beautifly decorated and with an amazing morning view of the sunrise. City center is not far away, over there its very easy to find main tourist attractions. Owner is very nice, generous and helpful so you'll have an easiest time communicating with him. Would highly recomend 🍀

    Beautiful space with great attention to every detail. A lovely little balcony out the back complete with fairy lights. Giorgia was super helpful with restaurant recommendations. This apartment has everything you need (and nothing you don't!) for a relaxing visit to Gorizia. Perfect location right up near the historic centre - a short walk to the castle and plenty of great bars, restaurants, cafes within easy walking distance.

    Easy check-in. Friendly and responsible host. Parking is close to the hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and quiet, with TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has hygiene products, as well as a washing machine and laundry solutions. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend!

    Lovely, well-equipped apartment in an easy-to-access location. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and friendly. I highly recommend it. Gorizia was also a lovely surprise: a graceful border town where Italian charm meets Slovene spirit, with leafy piazzas, a hilltop castle, and a relaxed café culture.
