The area was peaceful, green and we had an amazing scenery of the hills and villas around us. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and cosy. It felt like home. We loved the swimming pool, which was clean and big enough to swim in. Ideal for families with kids.

We loved absolutely everything about this property and our stay! We got there pretty late, but the check in was smooth, we were warmly welcomed and in awe of our room! Such magical rustic, antique style. The room was very spacious, we had a bath and a shower, there eas also a mini fridge & it was very private with our own big balcony to the garden. The breakfast was also really really nice, with the view on Tuscany's tall trees and fields. Plus this property has a big pool in the backyard, where it is really nice to relax in the morning (or other time). The staff was very helpful and friendly! Everything about it was amazing! If you are looking for a stay in the middle of Tuscany- then it's the perfect option!

The house was lovely and the lady owner very kind.

The house was lovely and the lady owner very kind. It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room. We were surprised to find that breakfast was not served in the hotel but in a cafe 1.5 km away which we had to walk to as we are travelling by train. The breakfast was good but it was a long walk. As we were leaving early next day the proprietor brought us a take-away and drove us to the train station, which was very kind of her.

When we first arrived everything seemed to be okay or even...

When we first arrived everything seemed to be okay or even better than expected. After the first night small problems seemed to appear. Even though a room service was obviously active, the floors were still dirty and on the third day the cleaning utensils were left in our room. The staff was overall very friendly and accommodating though. They actively remembered allergies / food intolerance sheet mentioning then one. It just sadly seemed like the place was lacking a certain degree of professionalism.

Really wonderful experience!

Really wonderful experience! We got lost on the way there, but when we finally found it, we loved it. Best experience in Italy (ten days of travel). Double check your GPS. Try to book something on the second floor because people can be noisy. If you don’t want to eat at the restaurant, bring food. Isolated and beautiful!!

A very beautiful place near Firenze with a nice pool! Excellent breakfast with only homemade and different products every day! Discreet and caring hosts and staff. Train and tram a Lastra a Signa to go to Firenze!
