This hotel is a gem. We booked a 5 night stay and we absolutely loved it. This place is designed for relaxation and is a great jumping off point for exploring the region. All of the facilities- pool, dining room, bedroom are lovely and well appointed. But the best thing is how accommodating the staff are. All of the staff, but particularly Yaunes at the desk, made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. They were very accommodating, answered our questions and created a very positive vibe. The rooms are large and uncluttered and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were terrific. Someone noted that they don't serve lunch, but they have a bar menu that includes items like salads with protein that are more and enough for lunch. Another plus is the free shuttle that takes you to the station or into the town. It was also easy to walk into town on our own but I would not recommend trying to walk to the hotel with luggage.

Friendly locals.

Friendly locals. Excellent boat cruise with Mario - Costa di Faraggiana - around Cinque Terre. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Met the sculpture artist Renzo and ordered superbly crafted unique bracelets.

Levanto is the next town north of Cinque Terre.

Levanto is the next town north of Cinque Terre. The train that runs between the five towns, actually starts in Levanto so you can easily visit all the towns, and the trains also run to La Spezia where you can connect to many other parts of Italy. There are many restaurants, a fairly large beach, and you have many choices for hikes, walks, or rent a bike and ride through the tunnels. We were very glad we choose Levanto as the Cinque Terre towns were fairly crowded.

Levanto was the best place to anchor a visit to Cinque Terre. After visiting each of the small towns, we found Levanto to be a good place to return to in the evenings. Being a bigger town, there were a lot more options available for everything: groceries, restaurants, beach, gelato!, laundry, etc. It was a very friendly family centered community. Kids were out playing every day, people were riding bikes, and the town square was always busy with activity. It was just absolutely charming.

Levanto is a lively town with numerous restaurants particularly serving fresh fish and even some outdoor night time entertainment. Perfect location from which to explore the Cinque Terre villages and walks. Excellent transport links (train and ferry) to Cinque Terre villages and beyond …Pisa.. Portofino… Would definitely recommend a visit to Levanto!

Good place to stay if you wanna travel to Cinque Terre.

Good place to stay if you wanna travel to Cinque Terre. Cheaper and less crowded than Cinque Terre, but just 20 mins by train to go to Monterosso, or hiking from Levanto to Monterosa is also the good way, and you don’t need to pay for that trail. The trail is not easy (10km) but doable and not as crowded as others trails in Cinque Terre.

I really enjoyed the beach at levanto and the night life was...

I really enjoyed the beach at levanto and the night life was exciting, every evening the had organised some kind of a event . The most exciting part was the bicycle ride along the galerie levanto- bonassola. Also the punta della madonna ( chiesetta madonnino della punta ) was reachable with a cycle. Anyone should walk along ( hike) through the sentiero levanto- monterosso.

Very nice location. A small village, a few minutes from Levanto. Ideal location for visiting the Cinque Terre. Christina, the owner, is very nice and friendly. She gives detailed instructions and informs about the possibilities. The house is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is delicious. Parking is available, sometimes it is difficult to find a place. Christina gives you a parking pass for parking in Levanto. Overall, everything was great.

The host and staff were so friendly and helpful with any info we required. Breakfast had a lot more on offer than the other places we stayed in Italy. The pool was a bonus after the walking trails. Levanto is a lovely town to escape the hoards of people in cinque Terre this year. It wasn’t problem for us but if you have mobility issues Levanto is flatter I have recommended to friends already !!!!

Apartment larger and lighter than it appears in the pictures. Well-equipped and maintained. Very responsive owner. I asked for extra pillows as only two provided and they arrived within hours. Great location for everything in Levanto including the station. Very nice quiet building and neighbourhood. At the price it offers good value for this part of Italy.

This hotel is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre villages. It is modern, clean and serves a great breakfast. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are spacious, modern and bright and airy. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet only about 5-10 minutes walk into the Centre of Levanto and similar to the train station. Can’t recommend enough!
